The irregular-shaped structure that embodied with several offset boxes volume that end with huge glass wall. Each of offset box volume has different orientation to sea scenery. Thus, the irregular geometrical house construction accommodated the inhabitants to enjoy various panorama of the Mediterranean sea in Spanish coast both ground floor and second floor interior.
For the ground floor interior layout of this beach side house, single large space constructed with four offset boxes volume. First offset box that facing the cliff is for utility room. Second offset box accommodate kitchen area that has glass wall that facing the sea. Third offset box of this modern concrete house that also has direct view to the sea but has different orientation than the others served as breakfast area and multifunction activities, such as reading or work and study area. Forth offset box of this contemporary sloping house that has direct access to sea scenery is for dining area. In the middle of single large communal space, set of living furniture placed above double height void ceiling. At side of sofa, round metal hanging fireplace without any mantels or surround installed. Next to fireplace area, TV display and sofa placed.
Upper level of this modern coastal house functioned as private area and has advance geometrical structure. There are five offset boxes. Four offset boxes utilize as bedrooms, and fifth box utilize as bathroom for ensuite bedroom at side of it. At the center of upper level, void constructed with huge glass wall to create air ventilation and bright interior both for upper and ground floor level.
The terrain between sea and this modern irregular-shaped house become stunning garden landscape for outdoor living. The garden landscape has series of stone and wood retaining walls, stairs and pathways, also small rectangular swimming pool. This contemporary beach house has flat roof.
