Bricks cladding gable roof house built with commonly traditional Dutch/Netherlands house architecture. Viewed from long distance, this three-story single family modern house is just look common traditional house on surrounding meadows of Rotterdam. But if you look closely, striking modern line of architecture becomes the heart of this Dutch bricks house.
The gable roof structure is a camouflage structure for third floor plan of this contemporary family house, which become space for two children bedrooms. One side of gable roof remain as sloping roof, while second side of gable roof structure has dormers construction. Modern shed dormers of raised roof extension structure really cool. Second floor plan is consist of master bedroom and living room with inner fireplace and balcony to enjoy meadows panorama of Netherlands.
First floor area consist of large center kitchen with open-plan design. The kitchen has outdoor decking dining area extension. Open-plan and direct connect with meadows really suitable for gatherings for bigger family or with friends, or with neighbors.
Interesting interior plan is a split level floor concept between first and second floor formed. The split level formed because at side of kitchen area, study and hobby room has semi-basement level floor, so the living room above has different level than other rooms of second floor.
